All payments are processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. Refund requests are handled through Paddle's billing system.
We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on all purchases. If you are not satisfied with a product for any reason, you may request a full refund within 14 days of the original purchase date.
This applies to both one-time purchases and first-time subscription payments.

Refunds for automatic subscription renewals may be granted within 14 days of the renewal charge, provided you have not actively used the software during the new billing period. We evaluate these requests on a case-by-case basis.

If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have the right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days under the EU Consumer Rights Directive. By downloading or activating a digital product, you may acknowledge that the withdrawal right expires once the digital content delivery has begun, in accordance with applicable law.

Refunds are processed through Paddle and returned to the original payment method. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or payment provider, typically 5–10 business days.
